
A service call is for up to one (1) hour and does not include parts. We will arrive onsite, diagnose the issue and advise you as to what needs to be done. If any parts are needed, and if we have the parts in stock and readily available, we will fix it the same day. We may need to schedule a return visit based on part availability. A service representative will contact you to confirm the scheduling of your service call!
A valid credit card number is required to schedule a service appointment of any type. Our service crews will not be dispatched without a card on file. Credit cards will be charged upon the completion of service unless payment has been made in advance by cash, check, or through our online booking system, or at the time of service by cash or check. If a card on file is declined for any reason, the customer has 10 days to make payment in full. By providing your credit card number you are agreeing to the terms provided and are authorizing DS Pool Service to use the card provided to make payment in full as needed. If there are any questions regarding an invoice, you agree to contact DS Pool Service within 5 days of receipt of invoice.
